For nearly 23 years, Benoit has established an extensive network of contacts in business and real estate transactions in France and Portugal with businessmen, real estate developers and industrial commissioners giving him access to new technologies as well as to innovative European companies looking to sign strategic alliances with the Americas.

Jean Lasselle is Managing Principal of NorCap, where he oversees all operations of the firm. In that capacity, Mr. Lasselle’s primary focus is on all facets of Norcap’s business development related to merger & acquisition assignments, debt and equity capital-raising activities, strategic alliance advisory and real estate activities.
Mr. Lasselle has been active in investment banking and corporate finance since 1987. Prior to NorCap, he founded Urbi Capital, a private financing consultant working with several early stage and middle market companies, providing them with financial and strategic support. Prior to Urbi Capital, Mr. Lasselle was the General Manager of a regional real estate development firm. He also served in a variety of investment banking and corporate finance functions with Fonds régional de Solidarité FSTQ, Roynat and Accounting firm. Early in his career, Jean also worked as stock broker with National Bank of Canada.
Over the past 20 years. Jean has successfully performed several mandates in the fields of corporate financing and mergers and acquisitions of companies. Furthermore, he has been supporting several businessmen and real estate developers in various capacities, including expansion, turnover and strategic alliance with other companies. Mr. Lasselle hold a B.A. in Finance & Marketing from Laval University.
Mr. Wang has more than 40 years of public and private sector experience in strategic planning, business development and executive management. His
experience includes over 30 years in the infrastructure, development of urban construction, environment and engineering sectors.
Mr. Wang previously served as a Committee Member and Deputy Secretary-
General of the 15 th Tianjin Municipal People’s Congress, holding corporate responsibility in the areas of strategic planning of urban development, civil affairs (building and construction), environment improvement committee, transportation and port management, public security and justice bureau. He has been involved in the deployment of numerous government acts in Tianjin.
Mr. Wang is a member of the World Trade Organization (WTO) on China’s national economy. He also served as a vice-president of the Board of Directors of Tianjin Overseas Construction Friendship Association and Tianjin Society for Urban Construction Studies.
Mr. Wang holds a Bachelor of Basic Construction Economics from Renmin University of China and a M.A. in Public Administration from Nankai University.

Mr. Perez has over 20 years of experience in Latin-American financial system, has been member of the Board of Directors of the Stock Brokers Association, Venezuelan Brokerage Firm Association, also member of the Board of Directors of the Venezuelan Agricultural Products Exchange, Banks and brokerage firms, in addition, he is a member of the Capital Market Committee of the Venezuelan-American Commerce and Industry Chamber (VENAMCHAM) and chamber of commerce Venezuelan – Canadian.

For nearly 30 years, Dr. Arella has established an extensive network of contacts with academic researchers and industrial commissioners giving him access to new technologies as well as to innovative European companies looking to sign strategic alliances with the Americas.

Benson Han is responsible for developing NorCap business on the China market and Taiwan. Businessman with extensive expertise in strategy and product marketing, the creation of businesses, outsourcing, the product compliance audit and business development in the Chinese market.
Mr. Han is currently a shareholder and CEO of Ouellet Canada Nanjing Heating inc. This company designs, manufactures, distributes and markets heating products in Chinese, Canadian, European and Japanese markets.
Over the past 20 years, Benson started several successful businesses in Canada, China and Taiwan. For nearly 10 years, Mr. Han has advised and accompanied several business leaders of major Canadian companies to establish business relationships with manufacturers and Senior Chinese Officials.
M Han graduated from University of The World Journalism with a major in Editing and News Reporting in Taiwan.
